My Story?

From my early years, I grappled with body weight and encountered a series of health challenges that fueled my quest to discover how to feel truly confident and comfortable in my own skin.

I’ve witnessed many women feeling frustrated in their pursuit of the “dream body” and struggling to maintain it once achieved.

Through the CHEK System, I unearthed the vital connection between the body and mind, as well as the impact of our daily habits. Transitioning from my previous role as a traditional Personal Trainer, I realized that the system alone didn’t provide the comprehensive understanding needed to guide my clients to successful outcomes. As an HLC2 Coach, I gained the expertise to connect all the dots, providing more effective solutions and identifying the missing links.

Our bodies function as intricate systems, and as women, we share a profound connection with our minds. I specialize in guiding my female clients to cultivate not only a stronger body but also a more resilient mind, fostering a harmonious and balanced lifestyle that promotes holistic wellness.
